Frieda’s sister is sick in the hospital, so Frieda has come to live with her grandparents for the summer. She feels pushed out, and even though her grandparents have an RV by the sea with riding stables nearby, Frieda would really prefer to be at home. And not only is Frieda missing home, but she also has to deal with some other children at the RV park who like nothing more than to tease her. But there are strange things happening at the beach, and Frieda is soon caught up in the mystery… what exactly is going on?
